- Privacy: No client lists are required; partner privacy is strictly maintained.
- Tracking & Reporting: Hydrologix provides transparent reports for all referrals and rewards.
- Term & Termination: Agreement effective until terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice.
Legal Agreement:
These Partnership Program Terms (“Agreement”) govern your participation in Hydrologix’s partnership programs, including the B2B Referral Program, B2B Joint Promotions, and Client-Led Referrals (collectively, the “Programs”). By enrolling in or participating in any of these Programs, you (“Partner” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Referral Program Purpose: The purpose of this agreement is to define the terms under which Partner will refer potential clients to Hydrologix.
- Definitions: “Referred Client” means any client referred by Partner who successfully signs up for Hydrologix services.
- Referral Process: Partner submits Referred Client information through Hydrologix-approved channels. Hydrologix reserves the right to accept or reject referrals at its sole discretion.
- Compensation: Hydrologix will issue a commission, credit, or discount for each Referred Client that converts. Payment method and timing will be communicated in writing.
- Privacy & Confidentiality: Partner information and client referrals will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. No sharing of client lists is required.
- Term & Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Hydrologix will honor all pending rewards for approved referrals.
- Limitation of Liability: Hydrologix is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the Referral Program.
- Partner Consent to Communications: By participating in this program, you consent to receive electronic communications from Hydrologix regarding program updates, rewards, and relevant information.
- Client Communications: You authorize Hydrologix to send electronic communications directly to any referred clients on your behalf to facilitate program participation and rewards. You represent that you have the authority to allow Hydrologix to communicate with these clients in connection with the program.
- Use of Partner Data: By providing your information, you authorize Hydrologix to collect, use, store, and disclose such information as reasonably necessary to administer the program and deliver discounts or rewards.
- Opt-Out: Your clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but essential program notifications will still be sent.
- Electronic Agreements: You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
- Governing Law and Venue:
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Florida without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its breach, termination, or validity, shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Tampa, Florida.
No Signature Required; Agreement by Participation
By signing up for or participating in any Hydrologix Partnership Program—including the B2B Referral Program, B2B Joint Promotions, or Client-Led Referrals—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms and conditions presented on this page. Your participation constitutes a binding agreement with Hydrologix, and no additional signature or written acknowledgment is required.
